Is there a monthly fee?
No. Shourly has no subscription and no setup cost. You can build your store and share it for free; you only pay a small fee when a sale is completed.
When exactly am I charged?
Only when a sale completes. There is no charge for creating products, customizing your store, or receiving visits, only on a finished, paid order.
Who pays the fee, me or my customer?
You, the seller. Your customer pays exactly the product price with nothing added. The fee is deducted from your proceeds automatically at checkout.
What happens if I refund an order?
The fee is reversed proportionally. If you refund the full order, the full fee comes back; on a partial refund, a proportional part is returned.
Does the fee apply to WhatsApp orders?
Orders you close manually over WhatsApp are between you and your customer, so no fee applies. The per-sale fee applies to checkouts completed through Shourly's integrated payments.
